We had the best experience at the Durham Sleep Number. The staff was amazing.
Like the bed just wish there was a bed in between the P5 and P6 on softness
This is our second Sleep Number bed. Enjoyed our first bed (m7) for 9 years and bought a new one with an adjustable base and enjoy it even more.
After spending 10,000 dollars on a sleep number bed within the first year the adjustable base had a problem. Trying to get warranty service is a nightmare requiring multiple calls long waits on hold. The warranty work for the base is taken care of by another company not sleep number. The parts are shipped to you but expect to be without a bed for at least a week. I have to admit that I regret my purchase of a sleep number bed
We love our sleep number. It was very hard to tell at first and to put that kind of investment forward. Their finacing helped. We haven't lost a single night sleep in our sleep number bed! =)
Love my sleep number bed. I have the I10 in a Queen. It did take some adjusting to get used to it but I sleep pretty good on it now considering I have hip pains and screws in my back and neck. I bought a really expensive mattress before and had NO asleep for 2 years. At least I am sleeping now!

Have my second sleep number bed and happy to say it is better than the first.
The sales people have been very helpful in the whole process so far. Seem like great people to work with. Haven’t received bed yet so excited to see if it’s as good as I’ve been told.
