My sales representatives have been absolutely fabulous. Extremely patient and did an excellent job walking me through the various types of mattresses. Allowed me to test the different beds to find my sleep number. I went with the C4 being cost effective over the i8. After 3 nights I knew it was a horrible mistake. It was thicker than my previous memory foam mattress and I thought with the sleep number functions I’d been fine. Best mattress and adjustable base! We love it! The remote is very intuitive and easy to use. I referred my mother and she bought one as well.
So far, we are totally impressed with the quality and the service!
Do not buy a sleep number. We spent thousands of dollars on a bed and we are very unhappy with it. (1st sign was how much we spent and then realizing all you are buying is an air mattress. But that’s besides the point. Just wanted to let everybody know what they are really buying) The main reason for this review: I was having trouble with it holding air. Sleep number is great and very informative of my sleep
I was a satisfied customer until I was moving to another state I called up sleep number to find out if they disassemble my bed and pack it up so I could safely travel with it I paid $5300.00 For the M7 sleep bed which is not cheap and very delicate. The driver came on August 27, 2023 two hours late and when they got to my house all they did was take three screws out and the mattress off and lay the bed and box spring against a wall and left it took them all of 5 minutes they say they don’t have boxes or bags to put my bed in... read more
