Bought my bed in 2020 and had to have an air chamber replaced in December 2021 and now I need another air chamber and they are asking me to pay $299 for the repair. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel that the service should be free because 2 air chambers in less than 3 years is not good. Maybe I was sold a defective bed!!!!!
They were knowledgeable and patient. They even allowed our golden doodle to be with us. This was the fourth Sleep Comfort bed. We have two homes.
The representative I worked with was very nice, spent time with me and didn't push me to purchase. When I went back a month later, she remembered the details we spoke about. The service experience was wonderful!

I’ve had my 360 women edition bed for a little over a year now and it is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made in my entire life would highly recommend it to anybody. I’ve had a bad back and it helped it so much I can’t believe it.
We love our sleep number bed. We bought it because I’m a retired nurse with a sore back and chronic GERD. This bed allows me to raise the head of the bed up and also to firm up my mattress. This way I can get some good sleep. Also - we have had our bed for a year now- My husbands side was losing air- he contacted customer service and after troubleshooting with them they determined that we needed a new mattress- it was feline day and the next day , two wonderful technicians came to our house and set up the mattress.
