Although I'm not one to write reviews, I feel like I need to share my experience. I was in search of a new and improved pillow and was excited to find a good deal over Labor Day. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the pillow and decided to exchange it for something better. Great bed. We have never slept better. The individuality of both sides of the bed allow for you and your partner to get the perfect mattress that fits you. Can’t find that anywhere else.
Sleep Number store in Gainesville Ga has the best customer service employees. They were so helpful in explaining everything about every bed and comparing the beds for us. They were not pushy sales employees.

Love my bed. It has changed our sleep. We sleep better than ever before. Company is awesome. The Dothan, Alabama Store on Montgomery Highway, their associates do an amazing job.
For the most part, I’ve had a great experience with the Sleep Number company. Berly, at the Kennesaw location is awesome. We’ve purchased 2 beds now. I only rate 4 stars due to #800 Customer Service support. Depending on who answers the phone, depends on the level of support. Also, Sleep Number needs to evaluate their proration warranty. It’s very expensive even after the first year.
Great store! Good customer service! The shipping of the bed did not take very long and the people setting it were great!
