Once I finally got bed delivered and working properly, have had best sleep ever. Wish I had one when I was playing in NFL. However I was able to use discounts from NFL Trust to get ours. I ordered had a bad delivery experience. So I have to give Tracy ****** customer escalation specialist credit for making up for the disappointment from original delivery date! After a return of item I purchased, the customer rep in store made a mistake that has been explained and understood yet I am still calling CS multiple times to get the remainder of the money owed. I am being subjected to the multiple mistakes and balls dropped without remedy of returned funds. 3 separate CS agents have heard and understood the mistake on the stores end and yet there is no remedy.
