I have left one star because i did not have the option of zero stars for the company's customer service. The service department of this company is incompetent. I called for a technician to fix my bed. They arrived as scheduled after charging my credit card $150. They agreed there was a problem but weren't sure what it was and recommended a control box, saying that the company would call telling me when it would arrive. I have been a sleep number customer for nearly 23 years. I recently purchase a new adjustable frame for our sleigh bed. Then decided to upgrade to the new iLE 360 Smart Bed. Their sales professionals said that the ILE Smart Bed would work on our adjustable frame that we had just purchased and put on our sleigh bed. Unfortunately, it does not work.
