Excellent sleep. I should have went with a bigger one

I think their prices are a bit high, but the bed is worth every penny. I have fewer back and sciatic issues. My husband sleeps better. We chose the split king which allows us to elevate our heads independently. Additionally, we purchased the bed with heating for the feet. Perfect for the one who has cold feet! We have never needed customer service except during install. The young men were quick and efficient. They also ensured we were setup and connected to the wifi.
This is my second purchase and I am very satisfied with the quality of sleep I am receiving. I would highly recommend the product.

The employees at the Beaumont location were phenomenal! When we walked into the store, we had no idea what the sleep number beds were. We just knew we wanted a new mattress and the name has been around. She did the tour without making us feel rushed and taught us everything we needed to know. We left the store happy and are patiently awaiting our new bed and saying goodbye to sleepless nights!
It’s been mixed. Some of the process went smoothly but other paths did not. What works with the apps and people is great. But they need to streamline some parts a bit better.
Sleep Number has been a game changer for us. We sleep better and are more alert during the day.
