Caution....if you end up not keeping the Sleep Number Bed, it will cost you!! We unfortunately didn't love our bed. The pump was too noisy for a light sleeper. We have a platform bed, so the noise-reducing bed skirt that they offered us would not work. What we didn't realize (but is written in the fine print) is that the delivery charge is built into the initial price of the bed and they also charge you a pick-up fee if you decide to return it. For the first time in months I’ve awakened with ZERO back pain. I’ve had multiple back surgeries (as well as various others) so this bed was long overdue. Naturally the pain returns during the day because it is chronic and I have osteoporosis but my sleep is so much better!!! The only problem I have with the bed mattress is that it does NOT automatically adjust to conform to my body as I was told by the sales rep and online. These beds might be a little more than average, however it is absolutely worth every penny. Sales rep was awesome. Customer service has been great. All around a great experience and very happy with our purchase!
I feel very deceived that things were not disclosed at the Sleep Number store during the financing. I had a perfect credit score and could have bought the bed straight out. I am always trying to diversify my credit so the salesman said we offer 24 months' payment at zero percent. I was like great. That was the bait now the hook. I was led to believe that it was with a bank and would be similar to a car or house payment. NO..NO...NO. The "bank" is a credit card that I had no idea about.
