Sleep number is a great company overall. Starting with the one on one service that we got at the sleep number store, they really took cake of use. The delivery and set up was quick and they were friendly and informative. Customer service have been very helpful to any questions or needs we have so far. But the best part is their product. We have been holding off to purchasing for more than 10 years, and realized how much we missed out. The bed really took care of most of our sleep issues.

Our bed has had issues from day one. Trying to get those issues corrected has been time consuming, difficult, expensive, and ultimately fruitless. Issues include: Separation at the gap in the head of the mattress—gap gets larger and larger, forcing the head of the mattress off the base As a result of this issue, I've literally fallen out of this bed multiple times, once enduring a compression fracture.
