The manager and staff at the SouthPark mall location in Charlotte NC are very knowledgeable and helpful. I no longer wake up with back pain. We love our Sleep Number bed and it is well worth the price. You hands down get what you pay for.

The bed is so easy to use. It can be adjusted while you’re lying on it. I love the feedback that you get regarding your sleeping. You might have time you were restless the amount of time you took getting up out of bed. Suggestions made are also interesting.

I was lied to by a salesperson that there was a 100 day free trial. Turns out this was a complete lie and they refused to refund me for the mattress. They offered HALF the original price and then wanted to charge me an additional $250 to pickup the mattress. Absurd. The supervisor on the phone told me he did not care that the salesperson lied to me because it was "in the fine print" and then hung up on me. Terrible business. False advertising.
