I first went to the local Town-square location and had the absolute worst sales experience. The rep Mark K. was rude and not at all interested in answering any questions or helping my husband and I decide on the right sleep number purchase once we told him we wouldn’t be making the order until after the closing of our house in 6 weeks. I purchased my sleep number bed with the hope of eliminating my hip pain. After trying three different settings, I settled on the one most effective for my purpose. I’ve had the bed for one year and, in that time, have enjoyed relief from hip pain! This is a great bed!
