Sleep Number sold us their top-of-the-line bed for almost $10K over a month ago. However, it did not work right for over one month. They installed and set up a bed that had a broken pump so we couldn't sleep in. Just over a month later they sent a pump so we can finally sleep in the bed. However, it was uncomfortable due to such poor quality of service. They said we cannot return the frame portion of over $3K. Please help. This is utterly poor customer service
I was told that my flex fit base had a 15 year warranty. It really is only a 1 year warranty. After that it is basically worthless. I was very disappointed that my 1 1/2 year old base is having issues and I have to pay for shipping of the part and for installation of the part. This has really has given me a negative sleep number experience. I will not recommend this to my friends.
Customer service is great, very responsive and helpful when we decided to switch beds. Even got some credits towards our balance. Excellent service,
