Great bed. Shouldn’t have waited so long to get one
Sleep Number has been a good investment for us and worth the investment. We have purchased two beds now. The staff both times have been friendly and helpful.
It is an incredible mattress however the base with edges made of plastic, the noise that the temperature options make, and the price prevent me from suggesting the base to others. The matress and the information gathered by the app and the research put into making the product is awesome so when people ask i tell them they should try matresses in the store and that the i10 would be the matress I would pick.
Both John’s at Crocker park is a great resource for the company. Highly recommend.

PART 1: I am extremely upset about Sleep Number's warranty. I've had my Flex Top King mattress for almost 4 years and for the past few months my husband's side of the bed has been losing air at night. He keeps pumping it up and it keeps deflating. By the time he wakes up it's like he's lying in a hammock. We finally got around to troubleshooting it at which point the rep told us that we need a replacement air chamber and it'll cost over $300.
