We purchased a sleep number mattress and wasn't particularly happy with the firmness of it. I called customer service and the lady I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to get what we wanted and now we are extremely happy with our purchase. This is the best mattress I've ever owned!

We have the p5 and although it’s helped with back, it’s not comfortable with the nighttime sweats. This bed has created the hottest sleep ever! So my sleep is not good overall.
