RecommendedI haven't any complaints thus far and I have been a patient for almost 5 and a half years. I was late for my last appointment due to a traffic problem and they still worked me in even though they thought it would be a long wait.
I was unsure what to expect but the technicians at the Murfreesboro location were amazing and made me feel right at home. I actually slept pretty good. Lol.
VERY DISRESPECTFUL of patients time. Wasted 2 hours of my time and gas money to be told my sleep study room wasn't available at arrival. I was told that others had priority because of unforeseen circumstances. I got a call to confirm sleep study that morning but not one to inform me my requested sleep study room wasn't available...A SIMPLE PHONE CALL would have been greatly appreciated. If you don't think anymore about your patients than that then I question the health care being given.
I have been with them for over 10 years! It was hard it get used to but now I can't sleep without my cpap! Dr.Noah is an amazing doctor
I never had a problem with anything until the end it took almost 2 weeks to get my CPAP machine because they never contacted my insurance company to get authorization they said they sent it but my insurance company never received it I talk to the Sleep Center multiple times and they alway used same excuse we are waiting for insurance company then finally after me bugging the crap out of them that admitted they dropped the ball and never sent it insurance company
Took sister in for a consult on recommendation of her doctor. The fee for the office visit no-doubt included "seeing the doctor," which she did when he stepped into the hallway and shook her hand on her way out, saying he likes to "meet" all his patients. We went shopping for another sleep doctor on that day.
