I enjoy the Telehealth option and quick diagnosis. I get calls and reminders for supplies and quick answers when I call for help.
I've called multiple times to get my order set up for my CPAP after doing my sleep study and no one will ever answer the phone, no matter how long I wait on hold. absolutely ridiculous. I get that things get busy, but at least have an answering machine so that you can call me back when it's more convenient for you so I'm not sitting around on hold for 30 minutes at a time before I give up.
