After my doctor suggested I go talk to them to see if I might suffer from sleep apnea, I made an appointment. I was led to believe they were in the Murfreesboro Medical Clinic and when I showed up and no one was there, I called and was told "oh sorry, we're located elsewhere" - yet they rent space in MMC. I rescheduled, confirmed they were covered under my insurance and then showed up for the rescheduled appointment and was told I needed to pay them up front because "that's the way we do it"....not run it through the insuran... read more
Was not impressed at all! Did not do what they were suppose to or what was written in chart, which resulted in a follow up appointment's and additional sleep studies. Dr writes in chart and send info to insurance company things that were not discussed with me what so ever and also lied about the amount of time that was spent with me going over things. Would not recommend them at all!
