Deb that got me set up was super sweet. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I didn't have a hard time sleeping because I took one of my anxiety pills and a pain pill for my back. I could barely even tell the wires were there. I can't remember his name, but the guy that woke me up was pretty nice, too.
Ordered my supplies on either December 22nd or 23rd. Was told they would ship out between Christmas and New Years. Seems they forgot...... didn't bill insurance. I wouldn't have had to pay because I had my max out of pocket met. Told me too bad. Can order now, but will have to pay full cost. It was your mistake, YOU ADMITTED IT WAS YOU MISTAKE, but not willing to make it right. Shame on you.
The doctors and nurses were very polite and explaintory. The office staff was very polite and helpful.
Little to no wait. Very nice and informative staff.
Just hate having to go to my yearly appointment wait times are insane I even tried to schedule this years appoint at the first time available and guess what still have to wait and wait and wait
They were extremely kind and patient with my daughter. They tried to relieve any of her fear. Great place to go!
