I took the sleep study test and yup I have apnea pretty bad. It took less than 2 weeks to obtain a machine. Staff at Sleep Center are phenomenal. Helpful , compassionate & understanding. I’ve received numerous calls for updates or had answers rather quickly for any questions or concerns. Slept pretty well at the Center too. I’ve had no problems with my sleep nose pillow machine. It came with different sizes for my nose. Ease of use for sure. Sleeping well now. Breath Deep & sleep well. Jean Q

Due to Covid-19 and my age I chose to do an at home sleep study. I received by mail a sleep monitoring kit with step by step instructions. I ended up calling the help line because I couldn't get the watch to connect properly. It went very smooth and everyone I spoke with by phone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I ended up with a teleconference with a doctor explaining my results and was then told that I would be contacted to order my machine and supplies. Excellent experience with My provider, Kale, who is the perfect blend of professional and compassionate. The office was spotless and the staff was pleasant, and very well organized.
I wasn’t overly satisfied or necessarily dissatisfied before my recent experience. I ordered my replacement pieces for my CPAP and they sent me the wrong size. When I called them to let them know I spoke with a lady named April. She said I would have to bring the items back to them before they would send out the correct items.
