Nice views, nice apartments, immature neighbors. If you can get past the majority of the other tenants, it's a mediocre place to live. You would think based on the price that others would be considerate, but that's not the case. As to be expected at a place like this there are wild and messy pool parties with vomit in the pool and trash everywhere.
