Terrible management and maintenance. Our apartment smelled like cigarettes/pot and neighbors partied until 4-5 in the morning. This was the nicest rental building in Raleigh before Kane took over. Elevators are regularly broken, windows are so dirty you can’t see thru them, the trash smells so bad they hang air fresheners in the elevators, and maintenance can’t fix the simple issues like a broken shades in units. Terrible maintenance program. management makes excuses and blames the tenant for their own issues.
Great location, good amenities. Storage is a bit scarce but I have met some of my best friends in this building so that makes up for it :)
New management, unworthy, tenants unhappy, a real big drop of standards
I moved here in April...the leasing and facility teams have been excellent. Our security team is the best! Super friendly and helpful group.
Great residents here, great rooftop parties/pool days and nice views!
You can't do better than Skyhouse Raleigh! Terrific views, unbelievable amenities, beautiful and spacious units, and walking distance to everything you could want.
