Staff were extremely rude and rushed. The salon was dirty. Atmosphere was not nice at all. When requesting to file my nail down slightly I was ignored, when I asked again I was met rudely with ‘IM NOT FINISHED’ my hands were pulled aggressively and I was not listened to. Nails are poor quality. Absolutely Appalling service, I will never be coming back. Queen nails in maidenhead Is a lovely polite salon, good value for money I highly recommend going there instead for anyone reading these reviews!
