I first had a skin care consultation with Dr Kyra Drinnan about four years ago as I had acne and had just turned 40 and felt I needed to step up my anti-aging skin routine. Dr Kyra is approachable and very knowledgeable and set me up with a skin care routine that fit my budget. My skin is now better than it has been for decades! I can easily reorder products via Get Harley and can ask Dr Kyra for any advice I need.
Had the Profhilo hyaluronic treatment today with Dr Drennan. I really want to improve my skin’s hydration and elasticity and found that topical treatments seem to wear off too quickly. Within an hour I can see the ‘juicy’ plumpness begin to return to my face. Very happy with the results, and it was a comfortable procedure.
Great results but dr was not receptive to follow up questions after treatment eg checking on minor side effects and following a bang to the head. He did respond but felt like an issue to ask and my requests for information were repeatedly blamed on anxiety rather than just validating genuine concerns based on physical symptoms.
