It's not the first time I've ordered and each transaction has been smooth. I'll definitely continue to use their products. I reorder as the topical numbing creams worked for me and my family especially for our large tattoo sessions. Highly recommend.

So, a few days ago I posted a review giving one star. Having posted that review I was contacted by a member of staff and asked to attend a consultation with Magda. I was greeted with a smile and taken in for my review. Magda made me feel very welcome, understood the issue I had raised and set to work. Returned sealed items and Skin Lab Medical lies and said it wasn't sealed. Thankfully I took pictures before I sent the items back .Their picture was of my return with items they had taken out .Will be taking them to small claims or doing a claim via section 75 and notifying Trading Standards about their unscrupulous trading and returns processes ,if I'm not given a refund in the next 4 days
