I’ve been seeing James for electrolysis for about a year and a half. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and careful. From the beginning, he made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain the process and manage my expectations. The results have been amazing so far. Thanks to James and Hazel for all of the help. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend James highly enough - he is confident, professional and adept but also personable and supportive. I so glad I found him - he has made the whole process of electrolysis of upper lip and chin easily bearable and I can’t believe I actually look forward to seeing him fortnightly for a catch up. James really cares about his customers’ satisfaction and making the whole process as painless as it possibly can be. He’s a total star.

Can't recommend Hazel highly enough. Excellent service. I've had several treatments over the last year- mole reduction and different skin blemishes - always a great result, so happy and wish I'd found Hazel sooner!

I went to Hazel to have an annoying skin tag removed under my arm that was catching on my bras. After she explained the causes of tags and the removal procedure, she inspected under both arms and found a total of 7 skin tags! She expertly removed them all in the same appointment and patiently explained the aftercare regime, providing pots of witch hazel and aloe vera for me to use at home.
