Visited Vanessa yesterday for a consultation & treatment. Vanessa was so professional, she gave me exceptional advice on what treatment would get the best result for me, explaining the reasoning with her exceptional knowledge. I felt comfortable with Vanessa straight away, she explained what she was doing throughout, making me feel totally at ease. Strict PPE guidelines were adhered to at all times. Booking an appointment for a consultation took weeks of cancelations change of dates etc. Finally get there 1.30 appointment no practitioner, eventually at 1.50 a car pulls up starts to unpack procedure cases. I couldn't wait any longer due to an appointment elsewhere. I message for new appointment only to be ignored.
