I had a similar experience as Charlie Remnant . Graham who apparently is a director of the company came and did a survey and measured up on the 21 st November 2025 and said he would try and fit the new electric roller door before Christmas but couldn’t promise it , After several phone calls with no explanation from them and no calls from them keeping me , the customer in picture as to what was taking so long,I gave them an ultimatum if I had no installation date by end of February the I am cancelling the order. in love with my new matching front door and garage door fantastic job
had 3 lovely sectionals fitted to my new oak barn building great experience the surveyor was very conscientious on what design and colour to go for and watching the fitting team at work was fantastic a well oiled machine
