I wish there was an option to give zero stars. My wife had an order from her doctor to get blood work done for her pregnancy. We wnt to emergency as instructed. The Cox told us to go to urgent care. Once we got there, they checked us in and then they left at 4:30 and the lab staff told us they could not do it and told us to go back to emergency and then they said they don't even know id the doctor wants to the labs amongst other things. The lack of care and consideration is mind boggling. All they cared about was going home.... read more
Once again I have to hound the nurse/medical assist associated with my PCP to place a correct & timely referral on my behalf. I've made repeated calls to that office & Scheduling to ascertain when my diagnostic mammogram can be scheduled. I am a working professional & my time is limited. I cringe at this level of poor service
