Very questionable practices and little results in the positive administration side does not know protocol on how to solve issues or conduct a close meeting call hung up on me twice and faile to resolve issues they knew on dietetic person from day 2 looking into a news conference to expose lack of information shared dept to dept looking into another hospital to transfer to for patient in need messages to not get returned very few know what they are doing there they need oversite and babysitting
Hospitals can be challenging places, both for patients and for the hardworking staff. My husband visits Cox Health Branson a few times a year, and each time, we’ve experienced attentive and respectful care. While it’s natural to wish things could move faster, I’ve always been impressed by how dedicated and busy the staff is. They handle so many patients—many of whom, understandably, feel like their needs are the most urgent (my husband included!). Nicole knight my mum’s nurse took such good care of my mum while we were there. We were visiting family and my mum was admitted. I can’t thank her enough and the rest of the staff that went above and beyond to take of us🥰
DR.Griffith was the most caring and understanding Dr. We have seen. He listened to my wife and did what he could to make her comfortable. He checked on her multiple times. The staff was great and polite. Not one time did they talk at us, they actually talked to us. THANK YOU COX BRANSON.
