I have been to the surgery center a few times. The care is consistently exceptional. Staff are respectful, professional, organized, and seem genuinely concerned for the well being of patients.
Yesterday, I had a ganglion cyst removed on my right hand ring finger. The receptionists, the nurses, nurses in PreOp, anesthesiologists, and the other staff were so great. Very kind and friendly. Dr. McDaid was my doctor. He is great! Overall, I can’t say enough how great they all were. Thank you to the staff and Dr McDaid!
Had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr Battista. All went well from the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very kind receptionist to when I was taken back and prepped for surgery. The clinical staff was exceptional, going over everything that would take place and answering any questions. The nurses made sure I was comfortable and brought me a warm blanket 3 times. Here many times. The nurses are great, and pleasant. Will help you at the drop of the hat. Dr Battista, who did my surgery, explaind everythind, was tops. The whole staff has a sense of humor, as I like to kid around during the procedure. Even the girls at reception are tops.
Dr Talsania was amazing. He's very thorough in his explanation and makes you feel at ease with his confidence. Great job 👍
Everyone was great. Staff was always interested in how you felt. I have trouble with anesthesia and they were on top of it with no problems. Recommend this center to all
My time at the Surgery Center went very well. From check in to anesthesiology and Dr.Hawk. I was a bit concerned and the nurses were so good and answering any of my concerns. They made me feel comfortable and at eases. I would like to thank everyone for a awesome job and team work everyone did. I notice how well they all worked together. They sure are top of the line. And I’m great full I had them to take care of me .
Everything was excellent except for the wait time from check in to procedure time.
