Product great - Shipping and handling too high !
Marty was very helpful in placing my order, he even packaged our 2 warehouses separately.

Wish they could process a small order faster than 2 days, but that's my only complaint. Considering their size and the depth of their inventory I guess it's understandable. My order was well packaged and ready when they said it would be. They cheerfully helped load it into my truck and I was on my way. I will definitely use them again if I have a need.

I typically do not take time to write reviews. But SJF went above and beyond for my company last month. We ordered some pallet racking for a new warehouse setup and picked up the materials as expected. However, once we were ready to set it up, we realized some of the racking was the incorrect size. I called to see what we could do and believe it or not, the sales guy literally got a trailer and delivered us the correct parts the same day!!!!! And we are 2hrs away. When I needed something, they replied or called back quickly. They were friendly and solution-oriented. (Stated another way: I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops or talk with a lot of people to get the answers and help that I needed.) The product itself worked as expected. It was easy to assemble, and is sturdy as promised. I thought it was a good value based on my internet searches too.
