The response time was very quick. Even though the did not have everything i needed the rep offered a satisfying answer for my concerns. We have not ordered as of yet but will be once upper management approves the plans.
It took a long time to get our order. Once we did get it, the roller length was wrong. I called Kendal Kalamaha and asked if he could help me. He was more than willing, and did an excellent job getting the correct parts shipped to us right away. I would give Kendal Kalamaha a 5+ star rating!! He was very friendly and and quick to rectify the problem!
