Kendal Kalamaha is always there when we need him. He is always willing to work with any of our three plants by arranging for pick up of material or arranging delivery. He often times recommends used material when appropriate.

We were in a hurry to get this project installed and operational so getting it assembled and shipped asap was a priority and SJF filled our need.
Excellent customer service by Kendal Kalamaha. Quality product delivered to me and a competitive price. Kendal was able to find several good solutions for my needs and the order was right the first time. Very responsive service to provide a quote and get he order processed.
We ordered about $4.5k worth of racking in the middle of February 2013. Only some of it has arrived, and despite numerous phone calls to the company, we still have no resolution as of the end of April 2013. What we have received is useless without the outstanding items. Be very aware. Whilst mistakes do happen, this company has not yet proved that it can provide a timely resolution.
Vance assisted and was more than helpful in finding the equipment we were looking for. He set up a review of the equipment by our team.
