Kendal Kalamaha was very helpful with answers to questions and working patiently with their email and fax machine. SJF's engineering department was also helpful. Kendal took the time to follow up on questions that I had by calling a vendor and talking to their engineering department. He then made a follow up call and explained the answers to me. It was nice talking to someone that actually was helpful for a change. Thanks Kendal.
I talked to Jason Deiter about a quote to install some pushback racking in Colorado. His knowledge and quick response was much better than I received from three other companies. The bid was also competitive.
