I had a very pleasant experience with SJF Material Handling. I was dealing with Marty Zitzlof and he did a great job of getting our company's order placed and delivered in a timely fashion.
Marty was helpful though he was a bit slow to get back to me after I had called him and left a message.
Asked for a qoute ,there were quick to respond with good results.
SJF came through in a pinch for The Macomb Group. The supplier that we had been dealing with could not process our order as promised and Kendal Kalamaha stepped right with excellent pricing and a delivery schedule that kept our project within budget and on time. Excellent Service, my sales representative Kendal was very helpful and gave me 4 quotations on various used equipment. Our company ended up purchasing used span track at a highly discounted rate and Kendal went out of his way to even have a sample piece sent our direction. Highly recommended.
They are a big company and still do small orders with personal service. The salesman was a big plus. A down fall was the accounting department that sent me a bill for what was paid in full.
Marty is great and stayed on top of everything!
