SJF sent pallet supports that are incompatible with the step beams that were ordered together and now refuses to either replace the step beams or the pallet supports. They also spent 30 days telling me they had filed a claim with the freight company for damage to other items during shipment before I found out the claim was never actually filed. The replacement pallet support did not fit the step beams. They said I could return the pallet supports if I paid the freight, but the problem was the step beams. No one makes pallet ... read more
I placed my original order on November 6th and was pleased with the quick response from everyone at SJF. However, when the product did not arrive, I called at the beginning of January to inquire about the order, and there was no record of it. I requested to re-enter the order and was told it would be taken care of. Once again, I called a week later, to only be told AGAIN that the order was not placed. They had no followup or even tracking between salesmen. I will not be ordering from this company again.
