SJF is a great company to work with and I highly recommend doing business with them. Even after some slight confusion on my last order they went above and beyond to ensure that things were straightened out. The customer service was great and prompt. They took extra time to work with me to ensure that the products I order matched with my existing items to ensure a seamless installation. All of my needs were met and I am very satisfied.

Gentlemen, I ultimately did not purchase the goods that were discussed with your representative, but not because they were not acceptable, but the need went away. We purchased a cantilever unit from Eric Moen at SJF Material Handling and received great customer service in selecting what we needed. He offered competitive pricing, options that were available and available in communication as needed. Eric assisted us in working with the manufacturer to ensure that the arm construction would match our existing racking. Quotes, revisions and drawings were timely and accurate. Open credit and billing went smoothly. A good experience for me to secure the product that we needed.

We ordered this with Marty Zitzlof. Our order shipped within the time frame on the quote, and the price was definitely nice. Good customer service. This is our 2nd order placed with Marty in the past 2 months, and if the need comes up for something else we will definitely be giving him another call.

I was in an immediate need for some light weight L brackets for a unique project I am working on and called around to many suppliers. I found SJF and Kendal Kalamaha went to work, found the material, emailed me pictures and this morning I dropped by and picked it up. Even though I should have ordered it and given them time to process the order, I was there and Kendal worked with the staff at SJF to make sure I was able to pick it up and get on the road. Eric Moen at SJF Material is hands-down the best supplier we've ever worked with. His pricing was better than our historical supplier, he sent pictures of the actual racking and he promised we'd be happy with it...and he was right. When my installers saw it they said, "This is good racking." I even ordered extra for my very particular landlord and he was impressed. Bottom line: Trust Eric Moen at SJF. Tom Zegar Penn LLC
