I'm very pleased with the customer service and the fast response time to help assist us(UMS) to get our conveyor system back up and running in a timely matter. Kendal Kalamaha was very helpful during this process.

I didn't have much knowledge regarding pallet racking and needed assistance making the right decisions. My sales rep was very patient with us having to re-quote the order at least 3 times based on my changes. I'm a small but growing company and will return to SJF as I need more product.

Your company was just great. I ordered something online, and put a question with the order, and I barely hit the order button, and got a call from the Company (Kent), advising me on what to do. It actually was the shipping, which ended up making the shipping costs less. Then, after we received the items, the shipper destroyed the packaging, AND, lost some items...but calling customer service, (Kent again), they took the info, I sent a photo of the package, etc., and he emailed me today that the cost of the items will be comp... read more

For the past couple years SJF Material handling have become our go to Company for all our Heavy Duty Shelving and storage needs. I find my customer rep Kendal Kalamaha to be very knowledgeable about the business, and takes a keen interest in ensuring that my order gets to me within the shortest possible time. He has consistently delivered on this. I am a satisfied customer. I am not able to comment on other customer service staff, and have not had to return any items to date.

Kendal and the guys at SJF went out of their way to help me out! My order was pretty small, but the service they gave me was what I would expect for a much larger order. Kendal is very helpful and very well versed on his products. Thanks again!

I would rate SJF very highly. Marty was always responsive, answered all questions quickly and assisted in helping my understanding of various pallet racking systems. It took a couple of weeks, but he was able to find racking to satisfy our needs.
