The picture of what we were quoted was in good condition. the unit we received was all rusted. Not satisfied what so ever. When I contacted them they offered me a $250 credit to clean it up myself. That's just a slap in the face. I spent over $11000.00 on a unit and they don't care that they sent out junk material.
I had several technical questions that were promptly answered by the sales staff. I was very impressed by the options of different equipment they had I could use to solve our fulfillment issues here in the plant. I was treated very well and my product was shipped on time as advertised. I will be using them again when I need conveyor & shelving. Their people were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Everything was good except for delivery they left on the porch didn't find till the next day

Easy to find the pallet racking and accessories needed on their website. Arrived on time in good condition. A lot cheaper than new and just as good. A+
