Lots of bs to actually order anything from the website, not very user friendly!
There was some ininital confusion on a few missing pieces, but someone at SJF was able to locate them and have them to me a day later, which we really appreciated.
My Project was small and required only a few uprights. I Sent an online quote Request. I did not hear back from them. Then got busy and forgot. I called a week later and was told that an e-mail had been sent by the person that covers my territory. I left him a voicemail and asked for a return call.
