There was some ininital confusion on a few missing pieces, but someone at SJF was able to locate them and have them to me a day later, which we really appreciated.

My Project was small and required only a few uprights. I Sent an online quote Request. I did not hear back from them. Then got busy and forgot. I called a week later and was told that an e-mail had been sent by the person that covers my territory. I left him a voicemail and asked for a return call. After several hours and no call I called again and was able to speak with him. He then resent me the e-mail. Don't know why that original e-mail did not go through. Kendal Kalamaha was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for my company. Even after asking him to re-quote things multiple times. I will definitely be doing business with SJF and Kendal Kalamaha in the future!
