I LOVE SIU!!! They are the best Banking institution I've ever dealt with. The website and the APP are the best I've ever used. I love that I can do everything on my phone that I can do on my computer. I tell everyone to switch to SIU. My only dissatisfaction is that I didn't find them sooner.

Now normally I don't have an issue when I go to the cu. The staff is usually friendly and courteous. That was not the case however, when I visited the Energy branch yesterday. I came in to get a new debit card and inquired about the wait time. The teller I was speaking to was polite... the lady next to her (who I assume was her manager - Lisa something) was not. Did not keep a record of my call. Causing me to go negative, and then not caring offering me nothing. They claim to be like other banks, but in reality they only want your money. Great bank if you love paying overdraft fees and them miss managing information.
