Big shout out to SIU Credit Union today! A new security feature discovered my debit card on the dark web. They immediately called me to discuss, canceled my debit card and replace it. Kudos for protecting my family's bank account and saving us from a future hassle. Appreciate you Dave and all your efforts!
The one is Harrisburg, Illinois is awesome so far. Johnathan street is my loan representative. He was very helpful and got my new bank account set up. Actually all the staff was so polite. My credit took a bad hit after 4 years with auto credit they only reported my credit for 2 years. They help get me approved on a 2017 while working with Jim Hayes. I’m satisfied so far. Banterra refused to help me set up my online banking while SIUCU offered me help.
I see no reason why when the Drive up tellers are on site prior to 730a they open up earlier. Trying to get errands done on Payday is next to impossible. Then add on a sassy teller on a power trip. I would use the ATM however, it is either in a constant state of disrepair or a withdrawal cap exists
