RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about my experience with SIU Credit Union! I assisted my mother in doing business with the credit union and worked with a wonderful employee named Amber. She was genuine in her approach to working with my mother and clearly explained every step of the process. Amber made what could have been an overwhelming situation for a senior citizen very easy-even when there were a few hurdles to jump. Through Amber’s dedicated work, I and my mother felt confident and well cared for.

This mobile app change is a disaster. No advance notice, no communication. Impossible to reach customer service.

DO NOT BANK HERE. They can not be trusted with your sensitive information. They are the most unprofessional cowardly people I’ve ever had to deal with. No one knows the policies. They lie to you, with ease and when you catch them lying they don’t apologize. Kyleee or kaylee that works there is condescending and she tries every way possible to cancel or “reschedule” your appointment. It’s not with the headache.

if you want every check you deposit to be put on extensive holds go ahead and bank here. We have or paychecks direct deposited here every 2 weeks. and have had this account for about 12 years. I will be closing it out after our insurance check clears in 11 mire days

Dont go there during Covid,. You have to make an appointment and call when you get there. I finally got through to someone who said they would be right there and after waiting another 10 minutes with no one showing up, I left. Very poor customer service.
