The branch in carbondale on the side by Murphysboro is fantastic but the branch by Kroger in carbondale was TERRIBLE! The staff was great but my loan officer for my car won’t return phone calls when she tells me she will, didn’t believe me when I said I banker there. The call center was kinda helpful but didn’t seem to understand that she told me she’d call before 1 and then never heard from her.
Carbondale main office sucks. They are not helpful at all. I don't even know why they have people to answer the phone when they don't even know how to do their job. I'll be switching banks soon after 6 years of loyalty
I shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes just to order checks.
A joke. Never bank there. Been there for a decade and am finally tired of being treated like trash.
