My husband and I have always had great experiences with SIU Credit Union. Most recently, Gina Fatherly helped us. She was extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend SIUCU! :)
I have had accounts at several other banks in the past years. SIU Credit Union is by far the best! Melissa and Brenda at the Marion location were so helpful and pleasant to work with . I had identify theft on my account and they resolved it within hours of reporting it to them. This is definitely the last bank I will ever have and its great to know I have nothing to worry about when dealing with them.
I opened an account as a student and am still with them. I'm not thrilled with the charges introduced in February. I do appreciate the kids activities they have.
