I would have normally recommended SIUCU but they are nickel and diming customers for everything. Want a statement mailed, that will cost ya. Want to change coins to cash, not only will it cost you 3%, but you have to use the machine too. Just deposit it you say? Oh no, I’d have to roll it. So wtf does a teller do anymore? This is the bank for you if you like banks like Bank of America and their way of doing business. Be a customer for 4+ years. have to auto loans through them, never be late never miss a payment decide maybe you should go through them for a home equity loan. Go inquire about a loan, get approved think ok this is great. Their card monitoring service is AWESOME! If any suspicious activity is spotted, they get right on it.
you never received the transfer is your supposed to they lied to you about your bank account and they have the FBI or at least a fake FBI working in their Bank to lie to black people and steal their money
Stay far away from this rude, nonprofessional institution. By far the worst bank to do any kind of banking at, especially if you are a business owner. Can't wait to switch banks!
I just got my third auto loan form SIUCU and while the beginning of the process was a little rocky (due to new employees) it all turned out really well due to Karen. This is also the third time Karen has helped me with said loans. She is a sweetheart and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I always go back to SIUCU for my auto loans as they typically have the best rates and they have great staff.
Just spent 30 minutes in line in marion with only two people in front of me inside the bank. One teller for 25 of those minutes and a line with 7 people behind me when I finally got waited on. That didn’t include the four people in line that got tried of waiting and left. Finally found the business that is slower than the USPS !
