I was there 3 hours to open up an account by the branch manager who didn't impress me with customer service. Then went to use their computer which is a nice feature but there were problems sooo we had to sign up and WAIT again for member services. However Denise in member services was great! There was an issue and she resolved it! Hoping things go better in the future!
They don't work well with you I would not recommend SIU Credit Union to anyone ever
The employees are always pleasant to work with and I have never had an issues with SIU Credit Union. They always seem to go out of their way to help. Today Jonathan from the Harrisburg office took care of me and he had exceptional customer service as Ihave always experienced with their staff in the past. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Melissa Baggett did a terrific job helping me today. She is to be commended for what she does for the customers.
False lies about their skip a pay program, you can't ever speak to the same loan specialist because they can't keep people and are always hiring, they lost my forms I faxed and put me a payment behind on my truck and then decided to turn it in on my credit report and add late fees, couldn't help with any advice other than to transfer you to another person who couldn't help either.
Siu Credit Union has been a huge help. Long story short- an auto dealer tried to really mess me up and take my car back that I had just purchased. SIU Credit Union helped me to make that NOT happen. Thanks for everything!
