I have been practising yoga for nearly 2 years and I love it..Yoga with Carina is something special. She is a wonderful tutor who helps you relax and work out, which also releases stress. Yoga helps me be more flexible and calm. I am always looking forward to Thursday evenings…

I've been going to Carina's classes for just under two years now. Carina is, without a doubt, the best Yoga teacher I've ever had. Her classes are very calm and serene. If you're struggling to achieve a particular pose, Carina will come and assist you. Similarly, if you have any medical issues which restrict you, Carina will adapt the pose according to your need. I come out of her classes feeling energised yet very relaxed and I certainly sleep well after.

Absolute newbie to yoga until a few weeks ago when I started classes with Carina. I didn’t realise how much I needed this in my life. A calming hour, with tranquil music and guided yoga. Carina engages with the class with such a relaxed positivity which fills you with confidence and encourages you to really stretch and work to achieve the pose. I can’t wait to get back after new year and work more on becoming stronger and more flexible! Thankyou Carina for being so welcoming!

Carina is a great teacher for all levels as she offers options of poses to suit everyone’s experience. This is the best yoga class I have attended locally.
