WORST AGENCY EVER!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. WAS GIVEN A JOB TO ATTEND. MESSAGED JESS AS I WAS ON WAY TO SITE. NEVER RECIEVED A TXT OR CALL TO CONFIRM. ARRIVED AT LOCAL AREA AT 7.30. COULDNT FIND SITE. TRIED CALLING JESS AND SITEMASTER OFFICE TO NO AVAIL. THEN EVENTUALLY GOT THROUGH TO JESS JUST BEFORE 8 O'CLOCK WHO THEN CALLED ME BACK 5MINS LATER TO TELL ME JOB WAS CANCELLED. This is the worst agency ever to work for. Dnt waste your time, they will send u to work miles from where you live, tell u the customer gave good feedback which makes they agency look good them not pay you. They think this behaviour is appropriate and have no remorse. They tell you they chasing it up but they do not. If u want to be paid a good rate by a decent company DO NOT WORK FOR SITEMASTERS!! Amy, Charlie, Theresa all of them unprofessional and very disrespectful and uncaring in regards to the people they hire
