I would definitely recommend Sitelock. I've had nothing but professional and courteous service. Devin Morris has been extremely helpful in troubleshooting any issue. He responds with the root cause and a thorough explanation and resolution of the issue. Sitelock is prompt and never too busy to listen. I've never had to wait an extended period of time nor get transferred to several people before someone was able to help me. Great company to do business with.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!! This has been my worst experience with a business ever! My site was with Host Gator and they said I had malware on my site. Little did I know they get kickbacks from Sitelock for recommending their services.This was not disclosed to me. I had been working with a webmaster who cleaned up my site (a small bug in the theme), and told me I didn't need their services. I tried to cancel right then the same day, but they would not cancel. I would like to commend SiteLock, and especially Devin Morris, for their professional and timely service. I had experienced a malware infection on my website and, even after having the site cleaned by SiteLock, was still having difficulties. I had contacted technical support for the hosting service as well as the domain name service multiple times without success. At first I was upset with Hostgator because they were requiring us to be with SiteLock…It felt like a very heavy handed move by Hostgator.My husband was ready to move all our business out of their control.We researched other hosting services and they all were doing this using several different companies.
