My ecommerce website is somewhat complicated because of the 5 or 6 service providers supporting various aspects of the site. I recently encountered some difficulty with installation of SSL from one service provider while also upgrading the firewall supported by SITELOCK. My experience with Sitelock is mixed but primarily positive. I'm a web developer who resells hosting and Sitelock security services. The company is detailed, customer focused, and generally pleasant to deal with. My problem is that using them gives me a whole new job that takes time from more profitable work. Not their fault. Good people and decent results can be expected working with them.

I contacted Byron Lee today for assistance with logging into my account and for installing SmartPatch. I was able to reset the password and install SmartPatch. I had spoken with Byron on June 18 and wrote a glowing review that apparently was not recorded. Today, just as on June 18, Byron was very professional and knowledgeable about my questions.
